Design Verification
Coverage-driven verification that gives you first-pass silicon confidence — from IP-level UVM environments to SoC-level software-driven tests, formal proofs and emulation.
Verification Strategy
Our verification team defines the right strategy based on the scope — IP, subsystem or SoC — and the reuse expected from legacy code, third-party verification IP and existing testbenches. We produce a verification plan that maps every feature to tests, coverage points and assertions, so closure is measurable from day one.
Feature extraction
Spec-to-vPlan traceability with prioritised risk areas.
Reuse planning
Vertical reuse from IP to SoC; VIP and legacy environment integration.
Metrics definition
Code, functional and assertion coverage goals plus exit criteria.
Regression & CI
Nightly regressions, triage dashboards and automated reporting.
UVM Testbenches & Coverage Closure
We are proficient in coverage-driven verification using UVM at IP level. At SoC level we bring up C-based flows alongside reuse of IP-level testbenches, and we follow code coverage, functional coverage and assertion metrics throughout. Our environments are layered, reusable and documented so your team can own them after hand-off.
What we deliver
- UVM agents, sequences, scoreboards and reference models
- Constrained-random stimulus with functional coverage models
- SoC-level C/assembly tests and use-case / stress scenarios
- Coverage analysis, hole closure and waiver documentation
- Regression infrastructure and failure triage
- Verification sign-off reports
Formal Verification & Assertions
For control-dominated logic, arbiters, FSMs and protocol interfaces we complement simulation with formal property checking. SystemVerilog assertions are developed once and reused across simulation, formal and emulation.
Property checking
End-to-end proofs with JasperGold or VC Formal.
Formal apps
Connectivity, register, X-propagation and unreachability analysis.
SVA libraries
Protocol checkers for AMBA and custom interfaces.
Sequential equivalence
Verify RTL optimisations and clock-gating changes formally.
Gate-Level & Power-Aware Simulation
Our team has strong experience with power-aware (UPF) simulations, developing use-case and stress tests, and AMS co-simulation. For netlist simulations we bring up GLS testbenches with zero/unit-delay or SDF back-annotated simulations on targeted corners — and port tests for test-vector generation to improve coverage on silicon.
- UPF-aware simulation and low-power scenario tests
- Zero-delay and SDF gate-level simulation on signoff corners
- X-propagation and reset-sequence verification
- Functional pattern conversion for ATE
Emulation & FPGA Prototyping
For SoC-level software bring-up and long-running use cases we port designs and testbenches to emulation platforms and FPGA prototypes, enabling pre-silicon firmware and driver development.
